Committee Spotlight: ADEA Continuing Education Advisory Committee (CEAC) The ADEA CEAC’s mission is to review ADEA’s existing CE programs and advise ADEA on gaps in continuing education in its programs and suggest ways to increase participation of learners and expand the use of educational methods where possible, to improve the learning experience and improve the overall skills and performance of ADEA participants. ADEA CEAC also advises ADEA on steps to expand ADEA’s CE offerings, which may include (1) developing individual and institutional programs and resources to advance the future of dental education and (2) being responsive to member professional development needs.
